Summilux-M II 50mm f/1.4
The Leica Summilux-m II 50mm is a camera lens produced by Leica. It is to notice that the lens was produced between 1961 and 2005, while keeping the same lens formula (with a couple of cosmetic variations and 2 different diameters).
The smallest focus distance is 1m (3.28 ft) or .7m depending on the variant. Aperture goes from f/1.4 to f16. It can be attached on any M-mount body.
Summilux models got their name for the Latin word "lux", meaning light. This is due to their main characteristic, their wide maximum aperture of f/1.4.
